Fuel Up On Us prize draw 

1. These terms and conditions (Offer Terms), Tower Fiji's General Promotion Terms and Conditions, and Tower Fiji's General Terms apply to the "Fuel Up On Us Prize Draw" promotion (Promotion), referred to together as  Terms.
2. If you are an Eligible Customer (see clause 7), Tower Fiji will automatically enter you into the Promotion and you are deemed to have accepted the Terms unless you request otherwise.
3. The promoter is Tower Insurance (Fiji) Limited (Tower Fiji). 
4. The Promotion begins at 12:01am on 10 February 2026 and ends at 11:59pm on 30 April 2026 (Promotion Period).
5. There are six prizes to be won for this Promotion. The Prize is one of six pre-paid fuel cards worth FJD$300 from TotalEnergies Marketing (Fiji) Pte. Limited trading as TotalEnergies Fiji (TotalEnergies) (Prize). 
6. Eligible Customers will receive one entry per Eligible Policy (see clause 8 below) purchased in accordance with these Terms (i.e. purchase two Eligible Policies and receive two entries).

Eligibility 

7. Subject to these Terms, this Promotion is available to you and you will be an eligible customer if:
   
   1. you buy an Eligible Policy directly from Tower Fiji (including following a referral from a partner or agent of Tower Fiji), via the Tower Fiji website or via a Tower Fiji branch or office in Fiji, during the Promotion Period; and
   2. the period of insurance for the Eligible Policy begins during the Promotion Period; and 
   3. the Eligible Policy has begun and is in force on the Draw Date (see clause 13 below); and
   4. by the Draw Date, Tower Fiji has received all payments due from you in respect of your premium, either:
      
      1. in full for an annual payment; or
         
         at least the first instalment and any subsequent payments due if you pay by instalments.

8. For the purposes of this Promotion, an eligible policy means a newly purchased (and not renewing) Tower branded Motor Comprehensive, Third party fire and theft and/or third party only policy purchased in accordance with clause 7a but excludes the following: 
   
   1. Commercial Vehicle (Comprehensive and/or Third Party only policies).
   2. Any policy underwritten by Tower Fiji purchased through one of Tower Fiji's brokers. 
   3. Any policy underwritten by Tower Fiji which is not purchased directly from Tower Fiji (either online or via a Tower branch or office in Fiji). 
   4. Any other insurance policies underwritten by Tower Fiji.

9. Employees of Tower Fiji, Tower Limited (NZ) and any other related company, and their immediate families are not eligible to win a Prize.
10. Unless Tower Fiji advises otherwise, this Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion, except for the Tower Fiji multi-policy discount. See the multi-policy discount Ts&Cs for more details.
11. Each Prize Winner can only win one Prize during the Promotion (even if they have purchased more than one Eligible Policy). 
12. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other benefit.
13. The Prize Winners will be determined by a random draw by Tower Fiji from all valid entries on 1 June 2026 and, if required, on the date where any new Prize Winner is selected (Draw Date). The Prize Winners will be notified by Tower Fiji by email or phone within five working days from the Draw Date.
14. The Prize Winners will be asked to provide Tower Fiji with their contact details (including first name, last name, email address, phone number, and address) after being contacted by Tower Fiji to advise that they are a Prize Winner. 
15. Tower Fiji reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and re-draw a new Prize Winner if:
    
    1. Tower Fiji is unable to contact a Prize Winner within 10 working days of the Prize Winner being drawn; or
    2. the terms of clause 7 are not met.
16. Tower Fiji will obtain written permission prior to using any Prize Winners’ personal information (including their name, photograph, city and/or town) for marketing and/or publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion.  If consent is provided, this information may be published on Tower Fiji’s website and/or social media networks, and in communications without any compensation. Please refer to Tower Fiji’s Privacy Statement for more information. 
17. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram, and you fully release Facebook and Instagram from any liability or responsibility for or in connection with this Promotion. 
18. Policy terms, excesses, conditions, exclusions, limits, and underwriting criteria apply in respect of all policies.
19. Tower Fiji reserves the right to, at its absolute discretion: 
    
    1. cancel this Promotion prior to expiry of the Promotion Period; 
    2. substitute a Prize with another prize of a similar value; 
    3. add policies to the list of Eligible Policies; and/or
    4. change, extend, suspend, terminate or re-schedule part or all of the Promotion at any time.
20. The Prize is subject to TotalEnergies' terms and conditions (as applicable). 
21. Tower Fiji expressly disclaims and does not accept liability in relation to any terms and conditions (or any change to the terms and conditions) relating to the Prize. 
22. Tower Fiji explicitly disclaims and does not accept liability in relation to the provisions of goods or performance of services by TotalEnergies. 
23. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tower Fiji and its related companies and affiliates, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or cost suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this Promotion or accepting a Prize.
