Making a claim during cyclone season

If you have cyclone insurance, have suffered damage to your property as a result of a cyclone, and you need to make a claim, here are three simple tips to get started:

  2. If possible, please take photos of your damaged items and property.
  3. To help our claims team get back to you in a reasonable time frame, please lodge your claim within 30 days of notification.
